We found kind and helpful people during all of encounters with Speaks. We purchased comprehensive, but affordable, cremation plans. Unfortunately we had to use my wife's shortly thereafter. Speaks handled my wife's needs, and those of the family, just as advertised. Over two months after my wife's passing, Speaks reached out to me to see how I was coping. I thought this was extraordinary kind and demonstrates Speaks' focus is on the customer, not the profit.

I can not recommend this funeral home enough. Every person we encountered was so friendly, respectful and helpful, especially Katie and Elizabeth. They truly made the difficult situation easier to deal with. We have used them twice now and will no doubt be back when their services are needed. The detail and thoughtfulness they put into everything is very much appreciated. You can tell how compassionate they are about what they do.

I've been to several funerals at speak though out the years, When I lost my son in 2016 and my daughter this year, along with my granddaughter this past February.speaks took care of them, they were very helpful, if I needed something or wanted to change anything they did it , pricing was reasonable as well. Katie woods was such a blessing to me and she went to the stars and back to make sure my daughter knew I loved her and she prayed with me and hugged me and don't know me from Adam. As much as I wish we would never lose another loved one again, I know one day we'll have to use speaks again in the future. Thank you for your service and the patience you all had with me.
