The team they have at this funeral home is absolutely amazing. My husband has just died recently unexpectedly in a traffic accident and I went in there and not knowing where to start how to start or what I needed. The team there sent me right down we walked in we started talking about things. Before I knew it we had almost everything figured out within about an hour. The hospitality that this funeral home has will always be in my heart right alongside my husband. For the wonderful and amazing job that they did. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I was not happy with the issues that we had when my sister passed away unexpectedly on vacation grant it the hurricane hit and I had to get ahold of another funeral home in the area to please go and see what was going on with our loved one and we went through purr hell and you would think that they would of had a plan for something like this due to the changing weather conditions they experience and would have contacted the families knowing we thought we was leaving our loved one in good hands but taking 3 weeks to get my sister back to us in Ohio for a straight cremation was $2,400.00 and to just place her in the regular mail with tracking number when we was charged $100.00 for 1st class mail to be returned in 24hours and it took 3days just discussed with the whole thing just a fyi a straight cremation in Ohio is $600-$800.00 not $2,400.00 like my family paid for a terrible service and my poor sister God rest her soul.

Staff was very sweet, informative and helpful. They helped make the service look beautiful. Eveeything went very smoothly.
