It is so hard when you lose a loved one to deal with all the affairs while grieving. Rick and Joanne made it so easy for me when I lost my husband. Rick guided me through all the proceedings and helped me make the right decisions. Joanna helped me create all the online videos and obituaries to honor his life. We chose a cremation with viewing and a week later a Celebration of Life at their chapel. We had friends arrive in person and also set up a zoom service to have family and friends join us from abroad. All through this time Rick, Joanna and Gus were attentive, compassionate and knowledgable while making sure everything went smoothly. They all dealt with everything as if it was their own family member they were taking care of. I highly recommend their services and I am very grateful for their help.

Everyone - especially Rick Riffel, who was so attentive and sensitive towards me and my father with my mother’s passing - was absolutely heaven sent. From the first night when Rick arranged for pickup of my mother’s body, through the planning of her funeral, everything was arranged with such precision and such care. Joanna was wonderful-she made the slide show just PERFECT, as were Gus, who conducted the funeral and the gentleman from Crosby N Gray who assisted (his name escapes me but he was at least 6’3” tall!) were stellar, and Janelle- wow what a sweetheart. My father felt at ease - and they made the entire process as painless as possible. Though when there were the inevitable tears that come with losing a close family member-we were treated with the ultimate respect and time to cry.
