The staff at Smith & Williams were extremely helpful when my sister passed away. She died in Virginia, but her service and burial were with a partner funeral home in the Dignity network in Massachusetts. My sister in Massachusetts passed away the same weekend. I wanted to be there for her funeral also. The manager at Smith & Willams, Mark, was able to have the death certificate signed and the cremation completed in a few days so I was able to get up to Massachusetts in time for both services. Another staff member, Lisa, followed up with me when I returned to Virginia to go over items I would need to wrap up for my sister’s business affairs. Thank you to all the staff who made a difficult situation much easier.
