We entrusted our loved one with Smith&Thomas funeral home. Everyone was so nice from the lady Eunice, to the guy Joe that collects the money. I was thinking to myself that these people are laying it on thick with the acts of kindness. I know that this is a business and everyone has been trained to show the bereaving family compassion and empathy. I get it. But something happened that caught me completely off gaurd.... Me and one of my relatives were talking about ghost peppers and all the dishes that we cook with them and also how hard they are to find. The owner Eric Smith overheard us and when I came in for the final payment, he handed me a huge bag of Ghost peppers that he personally grows!!! I was overwhelmed because he didn’t have to do that, but he did!!!!! And when I finally saw my loved one in the casket, he literally looked sleep!!!!! Smith&Thomas is the TRUTH!!!!!! Thank y’all for making a normal family feel like ROYALTY!!!!!!!!!
