Even though my brother was taken care of in December by another funeral home in Tulsa….due to the fact I work for a larger company….part of my funeral home & cemetery in Florida that I work for. Chad Estes took time to call me and answer my questions about Oklahoma timelines with ME results. He was so helpful and willing to help my family in Oklahoma to answer any questions they had and help us in any way possible. Such a great connection and I’m so thankful for his help and knowledge. It means the world to my family in such a hard time. Thank you, Chad. I can’t thank you enough.

One afternoon, I called and spoke to the funeral director, Brad, about my mom being very sick and on hospice and inquired of pricing if we were to choose his funeral home. He was so helpful answering all my many questions very patiently, and his prices were quite reasonable. Unfortunately, that exact same night, my mom passed away and I needed him to come pick her up at her home. Brad didn't even seem like it was a bother in the middle of the night to do this. He and one of his workers were there quickly and their demeanor was calming to me and my family while we were saying our goodbye's to our mom. They were very compassionate and caring - - - treating my mom with dignity and respect - - like she could have been one of his own family members. There is no way I would ever use any other funeral home than Estes-Philips for someone I love. There is no pretense. Just good ole down to earth genuine compassion.

I was very sad when my mom passed away. It was very hard to let her be taken away from the home she loved so much. However, the staff was so loving, kind, and caring that I felt comfortable with them immediately. I was confident that they would do what was necessary to take care of her. I trusted them with my mother. They proved true to their words and the whole experience with them was amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing their help.
