These folks handled my mom's funeral and were very helpful in dealing with many aspects I hadn't anticipated. The process was very well explained, they were pleasant and respectful throughout the entire affair. We appreciate the effort you all put in and the acumen with which everything was handled. When my sister passed away in March we used this funeral home, and there were several things they did that were not kosher. First of all, they had her age listed wrong in all of the obituaries. Second, they did not get her obituary posted in the out of town newspapers as requested. Many of our out of town friends and family were unaware of the funeral details because of this. Third, they put their charge for mileage from the funeral home to the cemetery on her obituary that was posted on their website. We had to call to get that removed. And the last thing was the flowers. I specifically asked the funeral director while we were at the cemetery to hold onto (A beautiful) plant that my father in law sent, because they didn’t bring the plants, only the flowers, to the cemetery, which was a two hr drive away (this was late afternoon). She said they had taken pictures of everything and she would make sure it was kept safe. But it was not. When I called the next day she said everything that was left there had been given away. There seems to be a lack of empathy (and proofreading) at this funeral home. I would not recommend at all, and will not use them in the future.

We used the Mulvane facility when my Mom died and they have been amazing! Very caring and compassionate people during such a hard time!
