The staff at Smith-McCracken was extremely helpful, kind , and generous with their time. I spent the most time, on the phone and in person, with ms Brianni Torres. After my first phone call, she took my information and set the wheels in motion. We only had 4 days to complete the whole process because I was planning a Jewish funeral. Everything was done with style and grace. The gentlemen who went along with us to the cemetery were so gracious and kind to everyone. So obviously, I recommend that when you have this terrible experience to deal with, choose Smith-McCracken to help you.
