She honored all of our requests, she took care of every detail professionally and with kindness and compassion. All of the staff were attentive and supportive, we are grateful to them for everything. We recently used Alderson-Ford to handle funeral arrangements for my mother. She was to be buried in New Jersey and Dan made the whole process stress-free. I was super impressed with the professionalism of the staff although most of my dealings were with Dan himself. Dan made all necessary arrangements with the NJ cemetery and met their somewhat onerous requirements. His attention to detail was very helpful. I should note that Dan saved us money wherever he could, steering us away from costly caskets, vaults and processes that are frowned upon in the Jewish religion. ( I should have known this but thankfully Dan did). I would recommend Alderson-Ford to anyone.
