Cole and staff were very good to work with. He was very passionate with his job and had great attention to detail. The funeral planning to service all went very smoothly! Phenomenal job! Highly recommend

The worst experience from a funeral home ever. No compassion for the family, just all about the money. They had their own urn and were told it didn't matter because they would be charged for one anyway since it was part of the package. They said all funeral homes do that which is not true. I paid for the urn for my son's funeral. Said the down payment they made would take care of things until the money came through they were waiting on. Another lie. After all the arrangements were made and obituary put out for all to see(just days before the funeral) they started harassing the family for the rest of the money or no funeral. Way to help out a grieving family. Also after the service, the person from the funeral came in and basically said it's concluded so felt like he was chasing us out. I would rather be flushed down a toilet before using or recommending this uncaring funeral parlor

Cole and his team explain the details of what will happen and allow you time to make those decisions. Cole is caring, kind, and considerate. Anyone who works or has worked with Cole in the past, knows the true character that he embodies. Anyone who says differently, clearly didn't work with Cole.
