They got him in the hole! Just kidding. Super nice people. They seemed to actually care about our family instead of making things a business transaction. We had prepaid for services last year so that helped to make things less awful. I had to sign a few documents and we were done knowing everything was just the way my Dad wanted it to be. Richard and Angie listened to my concerns about trimming my Dad’s hair and beard to the way he always styled it himself instead of how he looked leaving the hospital. They even cleaned up a few nose hairs (no kidding). He looked just like himself - except he was dead, but not much they could do about that part. They took care of my Mom in 2015 and did just as good a job back then. Highly recommend these folks.

I would like to say a very special "Thank You" to Dawn York at Sisk - Butler in Bessemer City. My mom had recently passed away and during the hustle and bustle and stress of trying to do everything just right for my mom, I didn't think to have Dawn send a picture in for one of the obituaries. It was for a small weekly Free paper that only comes out once a week in Cleveland County (Shelby Shopper). When I picked one up and noticed there was an obit for my mom but no picture, I called the paper and they informed me that they only run the obit once since it's free so I was very distraught that my mom's picture wouldn't be seen in there. I called Dawn at Sisk Butler just to let her know that the paper allows pictures at no charge just for future families that may not know either. The next week, I picked up the free paper as always and surely enough, there was my mom's obit ran again AND WITH A PICTURE! I literally cried! I called the paper and asked how this was made possible and they informed me that Dawn had took it upon herself to make a personal call to them to do what she could to get the obit ran again WITH my precious mom's picture!! 💕 Dawn did not have to do that but I am so so appreciative that she did! THANK YOU DAWN!! 🎀
