I just picked upy husbands ashes from Simplicity cremation and funeral services. At first I was completely shocked at the building having being seventy years old I was expecting the typical stand alone funeral parlor, but once inside I was suddenly put at ease and resured of the inside, it is bright and you can feel the love and compassion in the air. All of the employees were very soft spoken and compassionate to me , they went the extra mile in filing my two little urns with my husband's reminds In my opinion everyone that works there goes way beyond what is expected of them , at the worst possible time .. WHAT A JOKE !! My mother passed away on the 15th, and scheduled for cremation on the 17th. I was told four times that payment needed to to be in full by the time of her cremation otherwise she would be transported to the state facility. Of course I got upset and emotional on the phone with the last phone call and voiced my opinion and emotions, 1 hour later I was called from the director and told that she would have to be removed because I verbally abused her employees and that they have a zero tolerance policy for such Behavior, seriously?? They kicked my deceased mother out of the funeral home because I got emotional and upset what a joke!!!

We used Simplicity after the sudden passing of my nephew. David and his team were responsive, informative, compassionate and kind. Calls and emails were quickly returned. We used Simplicity's virtual process for direct cremation services and everything from e-signatures to pick-up went smoothly, all while being handled with care and compassion. Would recommend.
