My grandmother was transported here from California to be held until we could have the funeral service, due to COVID-19 restrictions. They did not have to prepare the body and unfortunately, it couldn't be an open casket due to a couple months passing between the death and burial. The staff was very respectful and accommodating. They clearly explained the itinerary and how to carry the casket. They lead the procession to the church and to the cemetery. I didn't have to interact with them on the business side, but, I felt like they treated my Grandmother and her mourning family with respect. We were here on Tuesday, July 21, 2020.

Very professional and personal. Very happy with how they treated family during a difficult time. It was clear they want to provide a personalized experience for those who need their services.
