Let me start off by saying I never give any business a 5 star rating regardless of if service was top tier, believe there is always room for improvement Anyways, recently had my MIL service done by signature memorial this past weekend. It was beautiful service and done well. The communication, execution of the services, and just the care provided to the family regarding optics of services was just well done. Everything came together beautifully and enjoy the interactions we had with the director. It felt like my MIL was more than just another funeral. Thank you for bringing the visions to life for this funeral.

It appears tony only pays 75% of his bills. When he came to utica ny for a funeral he contracted me for he only paid me 75% and said he would pay me asap the rest of the money. Well here we are now over a month later and he has stopped responding to me. Lesson learned tony lesson learned And to think I was going to buy a hearse from you

My father Wayne died of cancer a month ago and they were one of the few to answer that early in the morning. But, I suggest you find someone else. We had to beg and fight for my father’s death certificate that they were supposed to handle, instead my sister and I had to end up handling and yesterday we got it ourselves. They are shady, they owe us $3,000 from the funeral refund and they refuse to answer our phone calls and Tony won’t text back, I just hired a lawyer instead of continuing to beg after burying my father so find someone else for your sake and leave while already grieving
