Mitch was wonderful to work with. He patiently guided us through the necessary steps as we navigated the sudden passing of my sister. Not only was he kind and helpful, he and the other coordinators took the time to implement personal touches that touched the hearts of all who knew and loved my sister, like adding cardinals and baseballs to the floral spray. These thoughtful details were deeply appreciated, it told us that we were heard and that the care that Shepard's had was genuine. When we lost my sister Patricia Rosenthal unexpectedly. I knew the person I needed to call to take care of things and that was Mitch. He is an amazing person that has handle several of our past loved ones services over the years.
