My mom passed away 2 weeks ago. I live in Massachusetts, my mom lived in Connecticut and the funeral was being held in New York. Becky, the funeral director , navigated all these geographical challenges seamlessly. She was so proactive and responsive to me and my family. She gave her honest opinion on the casket, flowers, etc. which I truly appreciated since some decisions were hard to make. Becky made a very difficult situation easy and stress free. I highly recommend Becky and the Shaughnessey Banks Funeral Home! When a family member dies you want to celebrate their life without any worries. Becky enabled our family to do this.

I would highly recommend Shaughnessey Banks funeral home. Even though this was a difficult time for my family, we were thankful to have Pam Shaughnessey and Rebecca. They both showed compassion and caring as we maneuvered through this difficult time. I live out of state and I was able to communicate with them easily and get all the arrangements done. The day of the funeral, Rebecca handled all the arrangements wonderfully and flawlessly. I would also encourage anyone to have any arrangements pre-planned with them, since this allowed us to get all the wishes met of our deceased loved one. Thank you once again Pam and Rebecca!

There should be more than 5 Stars to rate the amazing people at Shaughnessy Banks. They are simply amazing. Their recent care for my wife from picking her up at the hospital to placing her at her final resting place is so appreciated. It’s more than a business to this team and it is exemplified in every detail they handle. The respect, love, empathy and care given to me and my children by everyone there was so special and will always be remembered.
