My brother passed away and my family decided for me to take care of the arrangements. I decided it was a good idea so my mother didn't get added stress and worry etc.. Anytime they needed information instead of calling me they called my mother whom I didn't even give them the phone number to I assume the hospital did... 3 or more seperate occasions, once for information, once to tell her that his ashes is ready to be picked up and once for death certificate being ready. Each time she broke down in tears and rest of her day she was reminded of the fact... They didn't call or tell me about any of those above times... Only time they called me was twice to make payments... Speaking of which, don't forget when you look at their pricing on the website there is also a State Tax that will be added as well, its not included in their totals. If not for them calling her instead of me, they were quick and easy to deal with.

Had my dog cremated here, asked to get his blanket back and was told sure. Come to get him today and am told I should have taken it back the day I dropped my dog off. I would have had i been told that when I dropped him off and expressed the desire to have it returned to me. Go anywhere else, these people do not give a damn about you or your pet. If they cant handle the simple request of returning a dog blanket. 0/10 not happy

had my pet cremated with them, had a problem with the original engraving on the box being wrong - but they fixed it for me in one day! appreciated that since having the correct quote and my pets name on the box was important to me. the paw print also brought me to tears - the name, heart and bow added was going an extra mile. was very pleased with how it turned out after the mishap was fixed.
