IRV and his daughters are amazing! I lost both of my parents within 6 months of each-other this year. I didn’t know where to start to arrange the funeral. IRV was by my side and helped me so much with every step. He is so loving, professional and has a passion to help people. He has been such a blessing for me and my family. The owner, Irving Symonds III, was the executor of my mother in law's Will. When she passed away this past September, he NEVER notified ANY of her family members, which is the first duty of an executor. My niece, her granddaughter, was searching the Internet in November and saw the obituary. All her children and grandchildren were named in the obituary and could have easily been located. The family was extremely upset that they never had a chance to attend the memorial service, that Mr. Symonds held quickly just 5 days after her passing. He has also REFUSED to provide a copy of her Will to any of her family members. This was very unethical and truly heartless.

When my mom passed away almost 4 months ago, Irving and everyone else has helped and has been there for me and my family. Has been the hardest thing I have ever done but they were there with us through every step of the process. Their work is beyond amazing and can’t even explain how much I appreciate their work and everything they do.
