I have always had the best service, care and love with the staff of this funeral home. They really care about you and want to do everything they can to help you. I can't name them all, cause they are all good and I would miss someone. They have a special calling from God.

Spoke with Gene about transferring my mother's ashes to an Urn for her service out of state. They did as a courtesy no charge. This is true service. Thank you all so much for being so helpful..I highly recommend you.

PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE USING THIS FUNERAL HOME! I’m left in heart break feeling like I disappointed my dad. My father passed February 14th. We meet with Mr. Phillips at the funeral home the next morning to plan dad’s funeral. I paid for a tent and at least 15 chairs as well as the astro turf to be placed around my father’s burial site. We agree to meet at the cemetery at 1:30 to prepare for a 2:00 grave side service. Upon my arrival there are two guys sitting in a white pickup approximately 100ft from my father’s burial site. There were only 10 chairs set up that were nasty covered in dirt and something black, no Astro turf. I was devastated. I worked so hard try to make sure everything was perfect for my dad and it was ruined. I confronted the guys in the pickup and they stated they were just “grave diggers” and was told to just set up whatever they had. Not to mention my cousin prepared my father’s final resting place. I have never received such subpar service in my life! Upon confronting them about the horrible service they said well all we can do is say we’re sorry. Sorry hell! They didn’t care one bit about the trauma they caused me on the day I was laying my father to rest. I’m so heartbroken that they didn’t care about doing what they were paid to do and didn’t honor their contract. Dad deserved better! I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS FUNERAL HOME ANOTHER RED CENT!
