By far, THE ABSOLUTE BEST funeral home in the City of Utica! Dave and his team are simply phenomenal. Mr.Roefara was compassionate and honest and presented himself like a father figure. Steve, "his right-hand man," was readily available for any questions and / or concerns. During such a trying time for my family as we were in the process of burying the pillar of our family. Mr. Roefaro and his team seemed like they had become part of our family. They literally put themselves in our shoes to help ease the process. Not to mention, they paid attention to detail and was colored coordinated with our family. Which really took the cake, I'm not aware of any other funeral home that would have done that. We highly recommend them. They went above and beyond. High level of professionalism the entire time. There is no doubt they topped the charts for Utica. My grandmother's vault was painted with her favorite color, Purple!!! Scala & Roefaro have set the benchmark for other funeral homes in the area. Thanks, Scala & Roefaro.
