I personally have never had to search for a funeral home. Santana was one of the 4 funeral homes on my list. I’m happy that I decided to go with them. The staff was great and the price was extremely reasonable. Now the down side is that the cafeteria is across the street and I felt weird sending our guest out there especially at night. Also, wish they were up to date on electronics and technology. They also have no elevators. Glad no one in my family needed to use it. Besides that the place was clean.

We had my mother's service here December 6, 2021 at the Macario Garcia location. They did an awesome job making my mom look so beautiful as she always was. The people there were super helpful and very nice. I have had other services there before and I have always been pleased.

Worst experience Ever! They offer you good plans and affordable at the end they don't have nothing organized, they want to take advantage and want to over charge you for things that "are included" .. employees don't even know what's going on, can't even help there seem like they don't know what there job is supper RUDE! The fact that they came up stairs and told the family they had 10 minutes left didn't even let everyone say bye in peace. IN ALL HONESTY DO NOT RECOMMEND.. there's other affordable funerals With professional employees from the beginning to the end WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Regret going there!
