I had decided to have my mom’s services with Sandberg long before I ever spoke with anyone because I knew it would make my mom happy. However I did not expect the level of service we received. I expected them to try and upsell us and all the other things you think of in these situations, but they did the absolute opposite. They listened and supported us in every single way possible and helped us get a minister to hold the services when ours fell through. The staff all went over and above all of my expectations. They even reached out after the services a couple of times with words of love and support and resources for the family. They were all so very wonderful throughout the whole process and I can not recommend them enough. Thank you Sandberg for making a difficult experience as easy and beautiful as it can possibly be.

Definitely not the type of service we expected from the Sandberg name. Generations of my family have used Sandberg so we assumed it would be fine, however, we were disappointed with the staff and the level of service. They made mistakes on the death certificate that delayed it for 2 1/2 weeks, sent me on a wild goose chase attempting to get certificates that didn't exist, mistakes in the memorial service folders (even after we corrected their mistakes on the proof) and overpriced flowers that showed up minutes before the funeral started. This lack of attention to detail shows how little they really cared about our mother and our family. Not what we wanted to deal with in addition to the grief of her unexpected death.

We had a very good experience with Sandberg Funeral services for our Uncle. The funeral director Patrick Miller very kind and guided us through the decisions we had to make. He was at the funeral service and at the burial service and attended to many tasks that allowed us to pay attention to the services and grieving and remembering our Uncle. The church staff and funeral staff all worked well together. All the Sandberg staff were excellent, prompt calls, when we needed to know something, very courteous and responsive when we Enquired. The cost was reasonable as well.
