If I could give this establishment a minus 10 it would be to good!!! They lack in customer service, so disorganized and filthy. My sister gets nothing but the run a round. She has been waiting for seven weeks for a death certificate. It took me all of 30 minutes to find out how to obtain a certified copy. We can drive to California Department of Public Health and Vital Records and get the number of copies she needs today.

Jack and Tammy provided the best customer service i have ever received in my life! They are NOT pushy sales people they are the opposite! They work hard to stay within your budget and make a difficult time flow easily. We lost both my father and my brother in two weeks and we were an emotional wreck. Without the kindness and compassion of Jack and Tammy we would of been lost. Jack also made my father look very natural, he looked as though he was just asleep. I am so incredibly grateful for them! I wish I could rate them 10stars because they are absolutely amazing angels!

My dad tragically passed away February 1st, 2020 in California and our whole family is in Oklahoma. We trusted San Jacinto Valley with my father and to handle his cremation and the collection of the death certificate. I followed up in late February, March, and April to check the status of the death certificate. EVERY time I have called Jack or Tammy has informed me that they had to reorder the death certificate. I believe this to be a LIE because why would they not notify me when it came in? or mailed it to me? Why would it sit on a desk and get lost. This office is incredibly unorganized and they lack customer service. They cannot give me a straight answer as to why they don't have the death certificate and each time I call they say it should be in by next week. When I call the following week they have another story to tell. I am fed up. I have no idea how my dad passed and I need the death certificate to know that! If it were your father, would you be patient enough to wait nearly three months? My hands are tied halfway across the US in the middle of a pandemic! I am lucky to know I will never have to work with this mortuary once my father's death certificate is received. I would not wish this on my worst enemy. Not one person has apologized for the wait and horrible customer service. If you love your family member or friend, do not use this mortuary. I promise any other mortuary can help you better than this one has helped me. I wish I could give zero stars!
