Jacob made our experience so comfortable and comforting. He was excellent. Mom got the send-off she would have wanted and deserved. It has long been a given that Mom would use both St. Joseph Funeral home and the cemetery, but this was beyond what we expected.

My little brother passed away at 26 unexpectedly. I would recommend this place to anyone! I called around and not only did they have reasonable prices, with a payment plan option. I felt like they GENUINELY cared about our loss and how we felt. We worked with Jacob who went above and beyond to make sure everything was beautiful and perfect. He was caring and personable. But honestly the entire staff was so nice! Not to mention that everyone was SHOCKED at how good my brother who passed looked…it’s the first time I thought that a deceased actually looked like themself. It doesnt take the pain away but they definitely made the situation easier to handle. So I personally wanted to review and thank everyone for their help during one of the HARDEST times in our lives!!

Saint Joseph Funeral Home always will be my first recommendation when it comes to funerals. Hopefully their services will not be needed soon, but if they are I can be sure that I will be taken care of from beginning to end. The staff is pure and did everything in their power to make us feel like family. We were immediately greeted with dignity and respect by a staff who immersed us in validation. They made sure we knew that we weren’t asking for too much. The star of the show was Mayely. She went above and beyond for our family. She was wonderful in all aspects and her handiwork was on par with her personality. With out her and her efforts I’m pretty sure our funeral would have been transitioned to close casket. The service was a blessing that took many hands to make a reality. Another funeral home we attempted to deal with made the funeral nearly impossible, but SJFH fought with us against them and even took financial responsibility in order to get our loved one here. This was something they didn’t have to do but they did anyway which showed their selflessness and commitment to their work. Mayely’s cosmetology skills were incredible and took our loved one from unrecognizable to nostalgic and reminiscent. We were debating a close casket but she assured us if we gave her time she would be able to bring him up to speed and she completely delivered. With out their combined ever we wouldn’t have been afforded our final chance to see our loved one off. I would love to take this chance to tell you that we thank you from the bottom of our hearts and we appreciate all your hard work and creating an experience that was worth while. They made an unbearable day bearable and on the cusp of even enjoyable in a way. A great staff for a tough business. - Torres Family
