Our family worked with Beatrice to handle our mother's final disposition. She did an excellent job answering our questions, wading through the endless paperwork, and helping iron-out the wrinkles that inevitably happen when dealing with high emotions and input from multiple people. Alex was so great to work with! As a funeral home owner, I was so elated he was able to take care of a family I sent to him for burial. He made sure things went smoothly and that my family was attended for every detail. Thank you for what you do.

My grandmother was cremated here and I have never received such terrible customer service. Eric is incredibly rude and when I asked for an explanation of the charges he told me to look it up on the website. When I asked questions about the charges he said “I have already told you where to find that.” After asking for a manager or director I was placed on hold for 10 minutes. When he came back on the phone he said “you still there” very rudely might I add. He told me that the director was on the phone and would call me back. No one has called me since having this incredibly awful conversation with Eric. It is already a difficult time dealing with the death of my grandma I would have hoped that he would have been more considerate and caring.
