No handicap accessibility without assistance going through a disgusting back door with limited access, not at all up to code, if you use a wheelchair you're better off staying home. Once inside it smelled of death, a truly sad way to send off your love one . . .

Horrible place, very unfriendly staff. My mother in law's service was unacceptable, the flowers on the casket were dead and when I brought it to their attention she told me I had to call the florist and complain, I am the administrator for 3 funeral homes and 9 cemeteries, this is not how it is handled, They also are trying to overcharge us for a mistake the cemetery made. when I contacted the Florist the next day they told me they have so many problems with this funeral home, and that if the funeral home would of called that morning they would of brought new flowers immediately, Also contacted the cemetery in refence to the additional charge and they stated they new of this issue and they were not charging additional for it, that was the funeral home adding an additional expense, horrible rude and uncaring.

They were so caring and warm to myself and my family from the time they picked up my husband through the whole process. Very happy how they made us feel like family
