First, let me say that I am confused about which business this address belongs to. Affordable Funeral Services and Marzullo Funeral Chapel use the same address but a different phone number. My experience with Affordable Funeral Services has been horrible. I spoke to Tim, who was very helpful initially but then quickly became rude and then unresponsive. Once while on a call with him, he hung up on me! If you are grieving for a loved one and want to be handled with care, I would not choose this place if I were you. Go somewhere else as I did.

They poached me from Legacy Funeral Homes after my father entered hospice care and I primitively tried to handle his funeral arrangements after being told my dad had days possibly weeks to live. They overcharged me and I still have not received my fathers death certificates, What's lower than preying on grieving families? I'm looking into my legal options.
