The first time we used Bell Crematory was my father's choice back in March 2014. We were so pleased with their kindness and service that when my brother recently passed we reached out to Bell Mortuary again. They were efficient and kind, taking away any worry of if we were making the right choice. At the time of our unexpected loss we needed to not worry about any of this. Karen made sure of that and we are so grateful. We would definitely reach out to Bell Mortuary again in the future. Thank you Karen and Bell Mortuary! I just wanted to add for those who do not understand the process of the Death Certificate. The length of time to receive the death certificate falls on the County Board of Health and how backed up they are in paperwork. Our deaths were in a low populated County so we received them quickly but my son died in Marion County the city of Indianapolis which that took several months rather than weeks.

When my dad passed away after a short period of time in hospice, and in the nursing home I was really lost. I wasn't sure what my next step was but I knew his wishes were to be cremated & no services, so I called Bell Mortuary. They have been amazing from the time they got the call to pick him up, to all the communication about what the next steps would be, and even after I picked up his ashes they have been in contact with me to just make sure myself and my family were doing ok. They contacted the insurance company & took care of that & the other necessary things that have to be done when you lose a loved one. Thank you so much for your help & care for my dad❤
