Eileen was a pleasure to deal with, providing expert guidance, certainty and comfort. She made the process much easier for me and handled all of the details of the funeral and burial during a time when it was hard for my family to deal with our loss. We used Roth Goldsteins' services last June, when my husband's mom passed away, and then again this April when his dad also just passed. They did a great job both times, but particularly this time. Because of all the restrictions from the Covid-19 Pandemic, only 10 people were allowed at the cemetery, and that included the rabbi, myself, my husband and only 7 other family members. Jason Goldstein, the manager, told us that he would set up a virtual service, via Zoom, so that all of our family and friends could actually see and participate in the service live. He also helped us contact members of the "Last Salute", (a Veterans Service Organization), so that my father-in-law could be honored with a military funeral. They said a prayer, played "Taps" and folded the flag with the most flair and precision I have ever seen.Their service was so emotional and touching. It could have been for a dignitary. My son, who lives in Michigan, was of course sad that he could not be there with us. Well Jason made sure that he was not only able to see and hear everything, but could participate in the service. He gave a very beautiful and moving speech about his grandfather, which was one of the highlights of the service. When the funeral was over, Jason sent us the link to the entire service so that we could send it to anyone who was not able to watch it "live". Roth Goldsteins' were so compassionate, helpful and wonderful to work with. We cannot say enough good things about them. We thank them for everything they did. Diane & David M.
