This was my first time attending a service here and while the gentlemen working here are very personable and friendly, they are not great at making sure the line moves. There were actually families that cut the line while many of us waited our turns in the hot sun. What happened to funeral direction service? There is nothing wrong with making sure the line remains in tact correctly and moves accordingly. Today people did as people do- what they wanted
