When my mother recently passed, Ross called first thing in the morning to offer his condolences and assure me that he'd be there to meet all my family's needs. Ross did a great job coordinating all the details and offered assistance as needed. He consistently checked in with me to make sure everything met our needs. There are not enough good words to say about Ross Walker, the family and business. They were exceptional and made what has been a very trying time a little easier. Ross Walker, IV was so kind and accommodating and was very attentive to every last detail. He and his team took great care of my grandmother as well as our personal artifacts. Ross IV even took care of making our family a reservation for lunch following the funeral service. He continues to help me through some of the final details now and does so with pleasure.
