I cannot thank you guys enough for the phenomenal services provided to my family during this difficult time. The level of mannerism and professionalism each member of Ronald L. Jones displayed was of exceptional quality. I would like to personally thank Vanessa for taking great care of my family member. Your attentiveness, kindness, patience, and words of comfort definitely relieved some of the stress and worry during the arrangement process for my family.

Mrs Vanessa P, her husband and staff went above and beyond on assisting us with the services for my nephew. She listened to every single request and delivered. Her spirit was calm and the way everything came together I knew she was being used by God to provide our family with a sense of comfort. I’m not sure what I felt before about the services there but after this experience I will be telling everyone about Ronald L. Jones. The building is redecorated and gives a welcoming feel. It’s really nice. I guess you wouldn’t understand what I’m saying in its entirety until you have to understand. It’s 4:30 am and I should have waited to do a better review but please if you are looking to base your decision off reviews hopefully you understand that people who show love and compassion like Mrs Vanessa did aren’t just walking around ready to help you. It’s normally about the money. Not here. Not with her. I’m giving her 5 extra stars on this review. Would Recommend

Mrs. Vanessa went above and beyond the call of duty. She didn't treat my sister like a customer but she treated her as if she was a friend of the family. The love and compassion that she shown to my family in such a grievous time I will never forget. Her husband and her entire staff I commend. We don't wish this on any (No) one but if the Lord call your family member home this is where you want to go. Mrs. Vanessa is very passionate about her job and she care about her clients. She will go out of her way to make sure you are please and the work she does will take the blow out of the sting of death. She did such an amazing job on my nephew that he looked just like himself. He looked like he was sleeping (at peace) that he could have waken at any moment. She did a real good job on him. Saying goodbye to a love one is hard and you want the rights people over your love one. Mrs. Vanessa is different from a lot of the rest. #1 she love God so she's going to love you. If I could I would give them 100 stars because 💯she was that good to my family in our time of bereavement.
