This place is unbelievable; It took multiple times to even get the obituary written properly; then the arrangement my employer sent was given to another family. Now I learn tonight that the two mini urns that were ordered from the funeral home and the special jewelry urns that we ordered and dropped off to them was not returned back to us and the only thing they can tell us is they don’t what happened to it. This is very devastating; we can’t even mourn for our love one.
