Bishop Robinson was more than understanding to my needs. Mr. and Mrs. Fairchild were both exceptional. I do feel though the process of what was to occur wasn't explained to me thoroughly. I had to call them to find out about the cremains of my uncle and it's been a couple of weeks since his service. Mrs. Robinson is the reason I will never use them again she is rude, condescending and very impersonal. I was going to take my life insurance policy for me and my 3 sons in and plan our services to be proactive, but I will use Boyd.

DONT USE THEM. ME AND MY HUSBAND ARE STILL WAITING ON HIS FATHER ASHES THEY GAVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE RATHER THAN CALL MY HUSBAND. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND NO CALL BACK AND WE ARE STILL MISSING ARE LOVED ONE ASHES. If I can give them negative stars I would beware. Stay away
