My Father recently passed and as someone who has never had to handle this before, we needed help. My siblings and I needed someone that could walk us through the process step by step. Things needed to be done in a hurry and I cannot say enough about Terry Robertson and Robertson Funeral. Terry was as caring and professional as they come. My fears were put at ease, my Father was treated with the utmost dignity and respect. When I saw Terry, I hugged him and made sure he knew how appreciative I was. Very rarely do you run across companies and people that exceed expectations, Terry Robertson and Robertson Funeral did that and more!

We are happy to recommend Terry & the rest of the staff. They made what was a very difficult time, much easier. They were always available, for any questions. And, they were very thorough. A friend of ours told us that they could do the Aquamation, which I wasn't familiar with. But, when we found out about it, we knew that's what my husband would've wanted. And, it felt perfect, to us. We also felt that the price was affordable. We really can't thank them, enough.

Gary and the staff at Robertson were wonderful walking through the cremation process when my mother passed away in January 2023. Now it is time to bury she and my father on Long Island, NY-- a long trip from Charlotte and thus the delay in the burial. I called Gary once again and he was extremely helpful, arranging military honors for my dad, even though it was for a Long Island burial. Their kindness and care has been exemplary throughout this loss.
