If I could give you a zero star, I would. My father passed away three weeks ago. We did not use Roberts & son funeral home because we found a very kind service in Enid Oklahoma. However, our parents already had plots paid for at Robert’s & Son cemetery. The cemetery workers were rude disrespectful in every way possible. When you’re in a time of grief and planning a funeral, the last thing you need to worry about is added financial cost to bury your loved one. Even though my parents had already purchased, the plot, the lowering and opening and closing & tents chairs were not included in any of that cost. The funeral home was astonished that that was not included. Had we purchased our service from Roberts & Son funeral home that would’ve been included in the cost. I will never advocate for anyone being buried in Blackwell or using Robert’s & Son Funeral Home. All they want is money $$. It’s not about quality of care with them it’s about quantity of money. On top of that the cemetery doesn’t get taken care of sadly by the workers. There is overgrown grass weeds, high so high that you can’t even see the headstones. Now are groups of people in the local town that have to go out and weed eat and mow the cemetery to make sure that our loved ones have a nice resting place. That’s sad.

A very disrespectful, inconsiderate, money hungry family. My family and I had a very bad experience with this funeral home. Because we didn't use their service for burial of my father. They became rude and ungrateful in every aspect of the meaning. If you choose to get buried at blackwrll cemetery & use their services, you will be fine. The moment they found out we were going with a different funeral home in Enid Oklahoma, who were amazing... family owned and operated Robert and sons totally changed their pricing. They care more about $$$$ than helping a grieving family.
