My family had such a wonderful experience at Roberts West, everyone there was very helpful and made us feel at home during the visitation and services. My father looked so peaceful and they had set up everything we brought in for him so beautifully. They had the military come and do honors, my father would have been very impressed with everything. Miss Bethany and Mr. Torres made arranging everything so much easier as I felt very overwhelmed going into this, they did a great job of explaining everything and putting my mind at ease. Miss Erica was so helpful with all my photos and her efforts were much appreciated. So thankful we made prearrangements with mom here , I know she will be treated like family.

Gosh, I don't know where to start. Unfortunately I did not get the honor of using Roberts for the cremation of my best friend, my Mother. I went to them with my Mom's ashes and they were so welcoming, very lovely ladies, Erica (ka) and Bethany who made us feel like family the moment we walked through the door. They placed my Mother in her Urn and in our jewelry for us even though the ashes were from another company and again welcomed us with open arms. Thank you from the bottom of my heart as you made us all feel so welcomed and like family. I would most certainly recommend their services and I will be using them again. Customer service is phenomenal.

If you are looking for beautiful, professional and caring final arrangements for your loved ones Roberts funeral exceeds that in all ways. I was pleasantly surprised at all the extra effort they took and compassion they showed. My family has experienced unfortunately many deaths through yrs and bad experiences with presentations at other places especically prepping of our loved ones....not here at all! if I can say it right it has been a pleasent experience as far as a funeral could go. They supported us every step of the way. They were great from beggining to end. I also got to experiences their great staff whom came to my home to pick up my loved one after she passed, they were exceptional,professional, kind and somber. We used the West Chapel & highly recommended their services in your time of need. Thank you to all the hard working taff you are all a true blessing and it was very much noted your exceptional work and kindness. Thank you all so very much.
