At an emotional and stressful time, Kelly and Colby were absolutely fantastic! They are professional, empathetic, and all around personable! They offered an all around package that included the cremation, obituary, flowers, all church and visitation services. Learning of my husband's personality and passion, they also offered to get 3 grouse to release after the funeral. That was an amazing and unique way to conclude things! The ambiance of the funeral home is very modern and beautiful. It is laid out so well including a refreshment and food area for the guests. Their aim is to make the experience welcoming and less like a "funeral", and more of a celebration. Several of our guests commented on what a beautiful service it was, and wanted to be "penciled in" for their own. Our family couldn't recommend Robert's Family Funeral Home any more highly. I normally don’t take the time to comment and give reviews; however in this case I felt inspired to do so. We were so fortunate to be able to work with Roberts Funeral Home to orchestrate my dads “celebration of life” after he passed away. From the moment we walked through their doors, we knew this would be a good fit. The facility itself was so welcoming, beautiful and had a great layout to accommodate all of our guests. Kelly and Colby did an outstanding job in guiding us through this process during such a difficult time. They were so professional, thoughtful and kind. Robert's Family Funeral Home did an outstanding job with our son's passing and end of life celebrations. Kelly and Colby were attentive, kind, excellent communicators, thorough, flexible and thoughtful. Our son was 15 and we had a significant number of people that were attending both the visitation and the funeral so we had to do some creative and "out-of-box" thinking and Kelly and Colby were very open to new ideas and provided a lot of great suggestions. They were very respectful with every aspect of his passing and explained to us everything that was happening with our son's body and all of our options along the way. We most definitely could not have done this whole process without them. We are so grateful for their work and strongly recommend Robert's Family Funeral Home to anyone in need of care.
