After the initial meeting my Mom had to reach out every time to find out at what point in the process my Dad's remains were. Then they were missing the necessary photo because they lost access to an employee's email. Gabriel was not particularly apologetic, or sympathetic when my Mom was able to collect the remains. They appear to have very poor organization, and I am am glad we were not counting on anything further then a basic cremation.

Ur service was great but the man that did the uligy messed up so bad Didn't even apologize for all the mistakes he made didn't read anything right said a lot of names wrong. It was a mess but other then that yes Amanda is a wonderful person

Deanna was very unprofessional. I did not appreciate her demeanor nor her lack of response in the time of our grief. It took almost two weeks before she finally let me know my brother's remains were ready for pickup. Her excuse was the doctor was on vacation and had not signed the document. I called the medical facility and within an hour the paperwork was done. I was disappointed in your service
