We used River Woods Funeral Chapels for both my Dad and Mom’s funeral service. The support and service that my family and I received were beyond excellent. Stacey embraced us during these tough times and helped us navigate through all of the decisions, making it so much more bearable. She was almost a therapist, listening to our grief and providing support above and beyond what was expected. Maria was phenomenal, always taking care of any questions or needs we had, and helping us with all presetting arrangements, while being very kind and supportive which was so helpful for us. And I also have to commend the additional staff that helped us the day of the memorial, as they were on top of everything that was needed, making the day flow smoothly. Overall, the staff of River Woods Funeral Chapels felt like family and we appreciate all of them for their support and compassion.
