My father passed away very unexpectedly in April and our family had a prior connection to Ridout’s for my grandmother’s arrangements. We chose Ridout’s Valley Chapel for my father’s memorial, and I cannot recommend this location, the director and her staff enough for the attention, kindness, and care they extended to us during such a difficult time. The memorial service hosted in their chapel was so tastefully done and every detail was taken care of in advance. This gave us peace of mind and allowed us to grieve and just prepare emotionally for the visitation with his friends and family. We appreciate each and every person involved in his care and in the care of our family.

My father’s death was the first time I’ve had to really participate in the planning of a funeral. Fortunately, my dad had planned most of it before he died, but there were a few decisions we had to make.
