Despite an unexpected cancellation of the visitation due to transportation issues, they managed the situation with great sensitivity and respect, ensuring that everything else went smoothly. Kelly, his wife and his staff are so personable. It is hard to go through loosing a loved one, they make u feel like u are part of their family. The entire group go out of their way to help u.
