Attended a funeral recently where Richardson Hill was providing the service to the family. The staff attending the service were friendly but unprofessional. They appeared to be inexperienced. They were not prepared at the burial site. Items that were needed were not there. They actually had to placed the casket back into the hearse until they were ready. The family looked on with disbelief.

I cannot speak more highly of the services offered by Richardson Hill Funeral Home. Our family have used the services of Richardson Hill 3 times. Our loved ones was cared for with dignity honor and respect. We found Richardson Hill staff to be very professional friendly accommodating compassion as well caring. Great understanding people to work with in such a sad time.. Fortunately I use these people twice first to bury my father the very next year I come back to bury my mother each time mr. Patrick takes personal care of your loved one represents them well very professional I would recommend him to my enemy.
