My family has used this memorial home for generations, and we have always had a good experience with them. So of course just recently, when my Mom passed away, the choice was obvious to have her services there as well. The staff has all been very helpful, caring and supportive throughout everything. They still care enough to reach out and see if I'm doing alright, or if there is anything they can help with. My whole family is very pleased with the beautifully dignified arrangements and services. Everything has been handled absolutely perfectly. Losing a loved one is such a very devastating experience anyway, but having these knowledgeable, thoughtful people to help out with everything is very comforting. I would highly recommend this gorgeous, historic establishment and their wonderful staff if you're interested in pre-planning arrangements, or need their services for a loved one of your own.

After my mother’s passing, I gained a better appreciation for the team at Richards, Raff & Dunbar. This team showed compassion from the first interaction and I knew my mother would be in good hands. Amanda did an amazing job. She has handled the last 3 funerals for my family members and she was so very professional with so much warmth at the same time. Amanda went above and beyond when I lost my mom a few weeks ago.
