My husband and I chose Return Home a few months before he passed away. We had a meeting with Jake and he gave us a lot of information about the process and then after my husband passed, I was transferred to Katey and she was so helpful. I felt comfortable with sending the love of my life to them. The team sent me updates and they were so thoughtful. I am so thankful for them. The process was easy and honestly, I had zero concerns about their process and now my husband is home with me and the kids. I highly recommend this team.

I'm convinced the people who work here have some of the biggest hearts on the planet! They’re caring and considerate people who truly want to support families, the environment, and their community through authentic connection and peace of mind— not through upsales and marketing gimmicks. They work in full transparency with their facility often available for touring (I highly recommend!), and their doors are open for education around both life and death as we can’t have one without the other. They are extremely transparent about the decomposition process, and their practices reflect how much they will care about my body’s treatment even in death — every single body is treated with respect and kindness. Death is a VERY real & taboo topic in our society. We don’t like to acknowledge its existence. This makes death care all the more a very undervalued, grossly under appreciated and yet highly necessary field of work with a ton of stigma around it. I’ve come to have a new appreciation for everyone in this field based on an invitation of open conversations around the topic of death. (I've also learned that compost is my most likely way of becoming a tree -- the whole seed pod thing isn't real nor is the mushroom suit in case you also had those on your radar like I once did.) I’m thankful for hearts like theirs who help facilitate such conversations and a death positivity mindset. We’re all going to die, we just don’t know when. To be able to have a say in what happens to my body next, provide peace of mind to my loved ones so they can have room to breathe in their grief, and to know I’m helping the environment on my way out instead of hindering it— these are all huge positives to me. I can’t sing their praises loud enough— definitely worth checking them out on their socials and in real life. A word of caution: be careful that you’re looking at the right place!! I’ve had some sponsored Google links take me to the wrong place online before. Their Instagram is @returnhomenor in case that’s helpful for direct contact or more info since they post death education on it regularly. Sending a ton of love and gratitude to Return Home and their team! 💗

I had the pleasure of visiting Return Home and was incredibly impressed by the experience. Nicole took the time to show me around and explain the teramation process, which left a lasting impression on me. What stood out most was how unique and refreshing the facility felt—nothing like a traditional funeral home. It was warm, inviting, and truly inspiring. The process of returning our bodies to the earth, particularly seeing phase one in action, was moving. The facility doesn’t have the dark, somber atmosphere often associated with funeral homes. Instead, it feels like a place where loved ones can be celebrated in a green, unique, and positive way. The fact that they don't charge families of young children is incredibly meaningful and reflects the compassion and care that defines Return Home. Thank you for the incredible impact you’re making on the world. The dedication to providing a warm and dignified end-of-life journey is truly commendable.
