This company is ridiculously unorganized and is very slow. My mom passed on Dec. 3rd and I didn't get her remains until Jan 8th. Then when the man Patrick brought her cremains to my home and gave me a memorial book yo make up for taking so long just for him to leave and I realize the book belonges to another family and has been filled out with all the friends and family's signatures and all. I pray what I received is actually my mom. I don't trust them at all and I would never use them ever again. I believe I should have received some sort of refund for them taking this long and then to make a mistake of giving me something from another person memorial. I am totally disgusted with these people.

If I could make this a minus I would. My mother passed away on the 3rd of May. Buried her on the 8th. Papers didn't get filed for insurance till the 25th. Upon looking at the death certificate there was errors. So I turned those back in to get new ones on the 1st of June. Called today on the 7th and he has not gotten to the health dept. yet to get the new ones. Needless to say I can't get anything done concerning my moms bank account or any of the business that needs to be taken care of. So I am thouroughly disgusted. They don't have the manpower to get things done in a timely manner. So if you can wait a couple of months to take care of your loved ones finances that's about what it takes. It has already been a month for me and still waiting.

October 29th, 2020 Mr. Pat, On the 15th day of January, 2020 you met with my father in law, Deloine Wheat and wife Lenora Wheat. Eight people where present at the time of the meeting, we all agreed on the arrangement's for my in laws. Deloine Wheat served his Country as a WWII Veteran and retired from the Baton Rouge Fire Department after 27 years of service!!!! When he passed away he was the oldest WWII Veteran in Livingston Parish!!!!!!! For Renaissance not to give my mother in law and family the " Honor" of a proper burial is absolutely disgraceful to say the lease . Deloine Wheat deserved his military burial with honors and that was requested by he, himself when you met with our family. It was bad enough my mother in law and family had to witness the body of our loved one being shoveled around, beaten and banged on the walls and doors when leaving our home!!! We notified you and yet you not once showed your face, nor offered condolences to Deloine Wheat's widow. Tuesday I met Andy at the front door of Colyell Church, paid him $100.00 cash for 25 book markers that I ordered. Clearly the date was on the Obituary that I had him make. Deloine Wheat s body was picked up Saturday the 24th and yet Sunday the 25th was presented on our documents. I pointed that out and it was suppose to be corrected, at our moment of mourning this should have never happened!!!! Andy stayed for 30 minutes and left, said if we need him just call him!!!!!!! Seriously, never had that happen before!!!!!! Clearly you were told verbally and once again it was on the Obituary Services began at 11 a.m., Wednesday, October 28th, 2020. Melanie called you asking where you or Andy are , ( shouldn't have to look for you) you said I will call you back!!!! You never did!!!!!! Thank God a family friend was attending and was able to help us and try to finish the services. ( If not, we would have had no choice but to load up Deloine Wheat in my SUV to carry him across the road) No honors, no military, we had to find the military song ( TAPS ) on GOOGLE WHILE FOLDING OUR OWN FLAG TO REPRESENT TO LENORA WHEAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
