The level of service provided to me by the Reilly-Rakowski team was amazing. From the initial phone call for help to the day of the funeral everything meticulously fell in place. This was my fourth occasion to utilize their services (previously burying three siblings) and now the most important person in my life my mom needed to go to her final resting place. I live in Maryland and I needed to bring mom back home to Philly so that she could be buried in the family plot with her husband and children. I was overwhelmed and had no idea on how to accomplish everything that needed to be done. I spoke with Andrew and Kate and immediately realized that I was in good hands. They took the lead and assured me that everything would be perfect and it was. They arranged to get mom transported to Philly, contacted the priest at the church, gave me a contact to order flowers, prepared the memorial cards, contacted Holy Sepulchre cemetery, arranged for Marco Polo restaurant to cater a luncheon, and prepared a memorial video of mom's life with the pictures that I emailed them. Kate was amazing and I will always be grateful to her for the time that she took to learn about mom. On our initial phone call Kate asked me to tell her about mom. I was taken back at first not knowing how to respond or where to start. Well the words poured out of me. I didn't know at the time that Kate was taking notes on everything I said and the end result was a beautiful moving video of mom with her favorite songs that I just happened to mention. Lastly the day of the funeral was perfect, everything was in place, and we celebrated mom's life with the amazing help of Andrew and Kate. Thank you.

We lost my mother to cancer this year. As you deal with grief you don't realize how many little details need to be handled for a service. The wonderful people at Reilly-Rakowski Funeral Home were so helpful and compassionate during this difficult time. Their guidance was tremendously appreciated. We lost an amazing wife/mother/grandmother/great grandmother. They treated our loved one with the utmost love and respect. They're support for the mourners was also evident throughout the day. An experience of a loved ones mother who recently had services at Riley funeral home, seemed to have unfair and unnecessary dialogue behind other family members who had the owner director of the funeral parlor jaded and preconditioned to have an attitude with certain members of the family. Their job should be to be neutral and fair and take care of the business at hand. Unfortunately, family members had to face ignorance and rude reception while dealing with a very tough time and lots of emotions while at the same time being disrespected and given a cold demeanor. My suggestion would be it wasn't handled correctly and I wouldn't recommend the unprofessionalism that at least my family experienced
