Very unprofessional, the ONE thumb print of my father's that was digitally done was even more horrific. Missing gaps in the print itself. Very sad since we can't ever have any other prints. Oh but the "owners" excuse was they are the cheapest around. Obviously you get what you pay for. Never again will my family use this company!

I picked my wife’s ashes up today. She was a pastor and her death was unexpected. I used to be a pastor as well, so I have experience working with funeral homes. I found Joshua Dukes and his staff exceptionally kind to work with. The website provided clear and accurate information. The assistance was compassionate. There was no pressure to upsell. Katherine Fuller was able to quickly update the obituary when requested. In the midst of open grief I could not have found a better team to interact with in the midst of my grief.

Reflections was recommended to me by the wonderful hospice nurse that was there when my Mama passed. Josh contacted me the same day (Sunday) to set up a day/time/method for paperwork completion. He was kind and gentle, offering email via docusign for my convenience. I was able to select how many Death Certificates I needed and they helped me along the way. The cremation was VERY affordable compared to everywhere else we looked, as this was not expected and there were not many resources left behind. They were done within a week. I spoke to Jake; who listened kindly as I blabbed on and on about my loved one and was very patient and receptive, when he called to tell me she was ready. Pick up was quick and easy. When I went in to pick her up, their Urns and other keepsake containers were BEAUTIFUL! Highly recommend.
