It’s so sad to see Reeds diminish. My family used Reeds because they were top notch. They knew my family as much as any family. The current family member who took over is the worst. Trying to mourn over my loved ones death and dealing with this person was the worst. It’s to the point where she had me and my sibling fighting over her incompetence. Used fake tears to have my sibling side with her. NEVER AGAIN!!! I still to this day don’t feel like I had a really good calling hours and funeral for my loved one. Going forward I will be using someone else who knows how to be compassionate towards others. Remember it’s about the loved ones not Reeds. So so so sad!!

Worst experience I have encountered. My family members have used Reed for many many years, and what a difference through the years and how the current generation that runs this once respected family business has changed. It's now all about the money and to do as little as possible to whether right or wrong to get your loved ones "processed." When I received a totally incorrect Death Certifcate on my way back to FL, I was lied to, given excuses, hung up on, and the added stress during my time of grief was unbearable I never once received an apology for the issue. They fought me tooth and nail. I had to seek assistance from another funeral home for assistance in laying my mom to rest after paying over $2113.00 for a cremation for my mom. I was told a cremation certificate didn't exist. After my persistence and hours spent, two cremation docs were produced after a friend had to make two trips to pick up my mom and forms. As for the death certificate, it still is not fully corrected. The Board of Embalmers and Funeral Directors found them to have done nothing wrong. They finally corrected the Place of Death ONLY, and the Board said they kindly provided me with "complimentary " Death Certificates. I paid $125 for 5 incorrect ones, and I don't have these (5?)"Complimentary" Death Certificates. An absolute horrible experience. My appreciation goes out to John Arnold Funeral Home in Canton, who so kindly and compassionately assisted me with direction and information when I recently laid my Mom's cremains to rest. May she RIP.

If I could give zero stars I would. First let me say my dad paid in 1993 for his and my moms funeral. In 2021 they tried saying it was not but then found it. Mom passed and they are saying moms is not paid for. So now I have to come up with all this money to bury my mom. You have 60 days to pay it all. Its not paid in full yet. We have the calling hours and then funeral right after. Upon the pall bearers getting moms casket out every one sees its not latched shes trying to Escape this place.It took them forever to latch the casket. This is the last of my family to be buryed with this place. I tell everyone about them. This place needs shut down. They dont care about you or your family. I believe they took my moms money for hers and put it on dads cuz it took him 31 years later to pass and prices went real high. So they would not have a huge loss of money they took hers. Run from this place. And dont look back
