The staff was great, however, Dr. Wallace showed no empathy and was rather rude to be honest. My 91 year old grandmother wanted to see my mom prior to the viewing and he wouldn’t allow it. He said she could come one hour prior to the viewing. Throughout the entire process he never once met with me, my siblings or my grandmother. So unprofessional. Never would I expect the type of service received when people are dealing with the loss of a loved one.

I just wanted to thank Dr. Wallace and his wonderful, wonderful staff in planning and executing my dad’s home going service. From start to finish, everything was nothing short of amazing and for that I am truly grateful. Ramsey Wallace Funeral Home will forever be apart of our family. Pastor Wallace and Associates were kind, compassionate, understanding, supportive, and respectful. They handled my little Godgrandson with dignity and treated the parents, family, friends and myself with kindness throughout the whole process. This was my second time doing business with them.
